Why we're faster

Most import delays come from hand-offs: a sourcing agent, a separate shipper, a customs broker and a registration agent who never talk to each other.

We run the whole chain ourselves with long-standing partners in Japan, the Gulf and Europe. Documents are prepared while the vehicle is still on the water, freight is booked the day a purchase closes, and customs filings are ready before arrival.

How an import works

Six stages, one point of contact.

  1. Step 1

    Brief and sourcing

    Tell us the vehicle, grade and colour. We search dealer stock, auctions and private sellers across Japan and our partner markets, and send you options with history and condition reports.

    Day 0–7

  2. Step 2

    Inspection and purchase

    Our partners inspect the vehicle in person, translate the auction sheet and verify mileage and service records before any money changes hands.

    Day 5–14

  3. Step 3

    Export clearance

    We deregister the vehicle in the country of origin, prepare export documents and book space on the right vessel or flight.

    Day 10–25

  4. Step 4

    Freight to India

    Roll-on roll-off or container shipping by sea, air freight for urgent orders, and road transport for neighbouring countries — fully insured door to door.

    Day 15–70

  5. Step 5

    Customs and compliance

    We clear Indian customs, pay duties on your behalf and complete homologation and certification paperwork.

    Day 40–80

  6. Step 6

    Registration and delivery

    Registered in your name, detailed, and delivered to your door or our handover lounge with a full documentation pack.
