Short and plain: what we collect when you contact Stellar Imports, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, country, PIN or postal code, your message and the vehicle configuration you chose. We also record the date, the page you sent it from and a one-way hash of your IP address to protect the form from abuse.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and arrange the import or export you ask for. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is emailed to the Stellar Imports team and stored in our secure administration system, which is protected by two-factor sign-in. When an import goes ahead we share only what's needed with shipping, customs and registration partners.

Payments

We never take payment or card details through this website. Payments are made by bank transfer against a written invoice.

Cookies

The public website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The administration area uses a single, essential sign-in cookie.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to three years so we can follow up and meet record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
